At Midnight Gun Club, we didn't build a brand around pretending that guy doesn't exist. We built a whole division around him.

What Is the Liability Division?
The Liability Division is Midnight Gun Club's answer to the sanitized, tactical-larp aesthetic that dominates most EDC and firearms merch right now. Everyone else is selling you a fantasy of quiet competence. We're selling you the truth: you bought that plate carrier for the Instagram photo, and we respect that.
It started with one sticker — "I'm a Liability" — slapped on a rifle case as a joke between friends at the range. It didn't stay a joke for long. Turns out half of gun culture recognized themselves immediately.
Now it's a full lineup: apparel, stickers, and EDC pieces built for people who treat firearms seriously and treat themselves as a punchline. Deadpan, self-aware, a little dangerous — same DNA as everything else under the Midnight Gun Club name.
Who the Liability Division Is For
This isn't gatekept "operator" merch. The Liability Division is for:
- The guy who read the manual after he bought the gun, not before
- Anyone whose "tactical training" is three YouTube videos and a strong opinion
- The friend group where someone always has to say "muzzle discipline" out loud, unprompted

Why We're Leaning Into It
Gun culture takes itself seriously — sometimes for good reason, sometimes because nobody's willing to laugh first. Midnight Gun Club exists in the gap between real firearms competence and the absurdity of how a lot of us actually got there. The Liability Division is the sharpest version of that: gear that says the quiet part out loud.
It's brand-safe chaos. Cheeky, not reckless. Funny because it's true, not because it's crude.
What's Coming
